For more than eight years, the Ambazonian liberation struggle has been marked by factionalism, rivalry, and public disagreements that weakened the collective voice of our people. Competing claims of leadership, unilateral pronouncements, and parallel initiatives left Ambazonians divided and vulnerable. Yet out of this history of division has risen one permanent solution: the Parliament of the Republic of Ambazonia.
The Ambazonian Parliament is the sole legislative authority of our nation, established under law to bring every recognized liberation entity into a single framework. From the Southern Cameroons National Council (SCNC) to the Ambazonia Governing Council (AGov-C), from the African People’s Liberation Movement (APLM) to SOCADEF, MORISC, and the Interim Government factions — all groups are represented within Parliament.
This achievement is unprecedented in the history of our struggle. For the first time, Ambazonians can say with certainty: there is one institution where all voices meet, where debates are held, where laws are passed, and where the collective will of the people is expressed.
Why the Parliament matters
The Parliament of Ambazonia is more than a meeting place of factions. It is a permanent fixture of unity that cannot be rivaled by propaganda or parallel structures. Its authority rests on law, not on personality. Its strength comes from representation, not from unilateral claims.
Unlike individuals who issue public videos declaring other groups “banned” or “inconsequential,” the Parliament operates through procedure, debate, and resolution. No group can be silenced or delegitimized outside the authority of the House. Every faction enjoys full parliamentary immunity until due process decides otherwise. This guarantees fairness, protects diversity of voices, and ensures accountability.
The end of factionalism
The Parliament makes factional battles unnecessary. It no longer matters who calls himself president or chairman; what matters is whether the group is seated in Parliament and abides by its decisions. Through this structure, Ambazonians have ended the cycle of endless competition for supremacy.
The unity provided by the Ambazonian Parliament is now a permanent fixture of our national life. Attempts by individuals to create alternative unification platforms outside Parliament are not acts of goodwill but efforts to undermine the lawful authority of the people. True unity can only be found through Parliament.
One voice to the world
For international partners, the message is clear: the Parliament of the Republic of Ambazonia is the only lawful and legitimate framework for representation. All communiqués, resolutions, and diplomatic engagements flow through Parliament. This ensures that the voice of Ambazonia is consistent, credible, and accountable to law.
Conclusion
Factionalism has cost Ambazonia too much in blood, time, and credibility. The Ambazonian Parliament now ends that chapter. Through law, representation, and unity, it provides the one platform where the people of Ambazonia can speak with one voice — to each other and to the world.
No group has the right to ban or silence another.
All legitimate voices of Ambazonia flow through Parliament alone.
This is not business as usual — this is the enforcement of lawful unity under Parliament.
